The Panasonic KX-NS500 is an advanced switch offering many advanced features. It starts 6 analogue trunks and 18 extensions, up to 288 extensions using an Expansion Unit.
The KX-NS500 also offers unified communications with rich IP features such as mobile linking, integrated voice mail, e-mail, instant messaging (chat) and presence information.

Cell Phone Integration

Sync you office number and cell phone so both ring at once, receive call on the go anywhere. So your customer only needs one contact number. Make a call using the office SIP using cell phone software for no additional fee and your customer sees only the office number and not your cell number (One Number Extension)
Customers can leave voice mail messages when you are busy or on leave. KX-NS500 can record a maximum of 24 channels and up to 400 hours.
Auto Attendant DISA
The KX-NS500 can manage customer calls without the need for an operator. Increase staff productivity by assigning receptionists other tasks.
Call Centre Function
The KX-NS500 includes an advanced call routing without an external CTI server, enabling voice guidance for customers , conversation recording, ACD reports , and use NAS (Network Attached Storage).
